PRC Addendum

 

If you are an individual located in Mainland China who visits or uses the relevant website(s) or mobile application(s) of Icy Matters, or otherwise purchase Icy Matters’ goods and/or services including but not limited to the loyalty programmes managed and/or operated by Icy Matters by phone or any other means from Mainland China, your personal information will be processed by Icy Matters in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as well as the applicable data protection laws and regulations in Mainland China which, for the current purposes, excludes Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan.

 

Macau Addendum

 

If your personal information is collected in the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Macau”), your personal information will be processed by Icy Matters in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as well as the applicable data protection laws and regulations in Macau.

 

Language versions
 

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall apply and prevail.
